Accommodations

Birch Meadow's all season Log Cabins are nestled in a private, woodland setting. Each cabin has the same architectural design, but have their own country style decor. Beautiful views compliment the surrounding area. All cabins have access to our beautiful pond where paddleboat rides can be taken.

 

All cabins have one bedroom, romantic loft, futon or pull couch, cathedral ceilings with paddle fans, wood burning stoves, satellite TV, and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. The cabins have full bathrooms with tub/shower and all linens are provided daily.

Policies

  • Minimum stay required (2 nights holidays/weekends)

  • Guest pets are welcome (in cabins only upon prior arrangement, additional charges apply)

  • Children are welcome (all ages)

  • No childcare is provided

  • Deposit amount required (50% of stay)

  • Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 11am - HEAD DIRECTLY TO CABIN WHEN UPON ARRIVAL

  • Cancellations:
    Your deposit will be refunded provided you cancel 14 days prior to the starting date of your reservation; 21 days for high season reservation. Your deposit will be forfeited for fewer than (14 or 21) days before your scheduled arrival. Guest departing before final date of reservation will be billed for entire stay of reservation.

Rates:

  • Rates start at $190 per night, 2 night minimum

  • Holidays and fall foliage rates may apply

  • Rates based off double occupancy, $15 for each additional person 

  • 9% room tax
